Heartland Supported Living is Hiring a Caregiver Near East Prairie, MO

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Escort clients to appointments or outings
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Requirements:
- Knowledge of resident rights and ability to uphold them
- Experience in patient care, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting
- Familiarity with vital sign monitoring
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if transportation is required)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Previous experience in childcare or senior care is a plus
